Door code will be sent the morning of check-in. ⸻ 💦 Community Pool Access-Seasonal Ready to cool off? The neighborhood pool is just a short walk away near the entrance of the neighborhood! It’s open to guests for only $3 per person, per day—just bring some cash and pay at the gate. Super simple, totally refreshing, and a great way to beat the Texas heat! 🏊‍♀️☀️🌳

If pets are found to be unauthorized, there will be a $200 fee applied. (We ❤️ our pets but they do require more time to clean up after and wear and tear on the property. Thank you for understanding.) • 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. • 🚽 Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. No wipes, hygiene products, or anything else. • 🌊 Water Activities: Swim and kayak/canoe (complimentary) at your own risk. • 💦 The neighborhood pool (seasonal): Just a short drive from the house at the neighborhood entrance—open to visitors for only $3 per person/day (cash only, pay at the pool). • 🛶 Life Jackets (complimentary): Required when using kayaks/canoe. • 🔥 Grill & Fire Pit: Use at your own risk and never leave fires unattended. • 🚗 Parking: Long driveway and carport for convenient parking.
